COVID-19 UPDATE

To our valued Members, Business Partners, and Stakeholders,

Given the current COVID-19 environment and after deep considerations, it is with regret that AHF must cancel our in-person conference scheduled for August 4-7, 2020 in Orlando and move towards a virtual conference. We prioritize our members’ health and safety and understand that traveling is not an option for operators and members rightly focused on caring for patients, residents, and colleagues.

We hope that you will consider joining us for our virtual, online conference offerings from the convenience of your homes or offices. Our goal is to offer educational sessions that share lessons learned from COVID-19 as well as industry hot topics you would normally experience at our annual conferences. Our virtual conference will give members an opportunity to earn CEUs from ANFP, AND, and ACF and participate in professional development. We will also be offering opportunities to network, take a break with your AHF family, and recharge.

AHF has begun planning the new Virtual Conference which will be housed on our new online knowledge center, where you can watch LIVE sessions and recorded sessions, at your convenience. We heard from members that self-paced sessions are most convenient and work better for your busy, rapidly-changing schedules. We want to provide that flexibility so that you can access it anywhere and anytime, on your preferred device. The Virtual Conference will take place in August for a duration of 4 weeks and the recorded sessions will be available until the remainder of the year. Stay tuned for more information on how to register and be a part of our inaugural virtual conference!

Registered Attendees:
AHF will be reaching out to you individually to transfer or cancel (and fully refund) your in-person registration. We hope that you will consider joining us for our inaugural virtual conference. Stay tuned for more information about our virtual conference so you can decide how you wish to use your registration funds.

Hotel Reservation Information:
You will need to call the Omni ChampionsGate Hotel and cancel any reserved rooms. If a one night deposit has been provided, it will be returned to you under hotel policies as long as you cancel the room prior to 12:00 PM on July 29, 2020. Those Who Have Not Registered:
We hope you will support AHF by joining our virtual conference. It will be a great way to get educational content at a rate significantly discounted from our annual conference. Stay tuned for all the details and share it with friends and colleagues.
