COVID-19 UPDATE

AHF Attendees, Members and Friends:

Let us start by saying our thoughts are with you during this unprecedented time. We know that you are focused on working with your teams, communities, and partners to navigate this global pandemic. We’d like to start by thanking each of you for your many, vast, contributions to one another, staff, and patients throughout this crisis. AHF honors you.

We have received multiple questions regarding the status of the AHF Annual Conference scheduled for August 4-7, 2020 in Orlando. We are continuing to work with our host site, the Omni ChampionsGate Orlando, to monitor the rapidly changing situation in regards to COVID-19. We have been closely monitoring the situation since social distancing and lockdown measures began. During this time we have not been idle. We have been planning contingency options should we need to enact them. We will balance those, in addition to the feedback we receive from members, to determine the best options for our attendees and update you accordingly.

We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty. Our priority is to keep our members, business partners, and staff safe and make the most well-informed decision. We do hear you and the concern you have expressed. Please trust that we will keep you informed as we proceed and assess the rapidly changing landscape.
