Heidi is HACCP Certified and has completed Preventive Controls for Human Food Training and serves on CWD’s Food Safety Team.  She has been active throughout her career in the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics serving in a variety of appointed and elected offices including President and is currently a member of the NAND Public Policy Team.  She’s also a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and served as a member of the ANDPAC Board from 2016-2018. Heidi has a BS Degree as well as a MS Degree in Human Nutrition/Food Service Management, both from the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
