Lisa oversees more than 250 employees within Food and Nutrition Services who deliver world-class meals, nutrition, and hospitality services to patients, visitors, and employees, seven days a week. The extraordinary team she leads includes registered dietitians, who provide personalized and evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to adult and pediatric patients, as well as culinary and dining staff who ensure that meal quality and presentation at MSK meet our highest standards for patient care and employee satisfaction.

Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in the New York City healthcare and food service (self-op and contracted services) sector. Before joining MSK, she served as Senior General Manager for Restaurant Associates at New York-Presbyterian’s (NYP) David H. Koch Center where she built a reputation for hospitality excellence. She developed a best-in-class Retail and Patient Dining Program at NYP and was instrumental in the successful opening of this state-of-the-art hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Her career highlights include working at Morrison Healthcare at Mount Sinai Hospital where she led the department in providing service excellence, elevating quality assurance standards, and optimizing the patient experience with the launch of Catering to You & Room Service Choice Program.

Recently, Lisa was named one of the 25 Top Women in Food Service & Hospitality by Total Food Service Magazine and the New York State Assembly Woman of Distinction Award from Assembly Member Rebecca Seawright.

Lisa is a member of AHF and AHF New York Chapter. She plays an active role in AHF State of the Industry Report Committee. In the AHF New York Chapter, she serves as Secretary and Board Member. This year, on behalf of MSK, she is the recipient of the AHF Sustainability Award.
