With more than 20 years of restaurant and food service experience, Thom has spent the last 12 years in healthcare as a chef and food service manager for St Charles Health System hospitals in Oregon. He holds degrees in culinary arts, bachelor’s in healthcare management, and master’s in business administration. A strong advocate for volunteer leadership, he is a three-term national board member for the Association for Healthcare Foodservice and recently joined the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers.
