AHF is the leadership national nonprofit association serving self-operated foodservice leaders in healthcare and senior dining. AHF provides a platform by which you and your company can build meaningful, rewarding relationships with leading subject matter experts. AHF’s community has hundreds of self-operated leaders looking to build vendor partnerships. Basic Details: AHF’s sponsorship terms are typically January to December. Sponsorship is open until filled. Bronze and above packages include BOTH annual and conference benefits. Sign up will follow the schedule below: 

  • October-November 30, 2025 – Exclusive sponsor/Exhibitor registration period for renewing 2025 sponsors
  • December 1, 2025 onward – First-come first-serve signups. Spaces open until filled. Please note that inventory may be limited by level. We recommend getting your participation secured by March 31, 2026. We often sell out by May.
