Chris is a registered dietitian and chef from New Jersey who transitioned his kitchen to self-operation 3 years ago in senior living. As with many senior living communities now, he has helped guide his department through many transitions including partnering with a larger organization, renovations, absorbing the housekeeping department and developing a new flexible dining plan for residents. He is currently president of the NJ AHF Chapter and previously received the Future horizon Award.
