Levin Dotimas graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a minor in French. He later completed his Master of Science in Nutritional Science and Dietetic Internship at Oklahoma State University. He is currently the Patient Meal Lead Dietitian at Utah Valley Hospital (Intermountain Health) in Provo, UT, where he has had the opportunity of precepting several students every year. He is actively involved in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, including serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Committee member, chair of the Asian Americans and Pacific Islander group, and RDN exam reviewer. He is also serving in AHF’s Membership Committee. In his spare time, Levin studies and performs traditional dance styles from around the world.
