Joyce Lamilla is the Director of Healthcare and Nutrition Solutions for Ben E. Keith Foods. She has been with Ben E. Keith for 12 years. In her previous positions as a consultant dietitian and nutrition specialist, Joyce worked in long term care and rehab locations, long term acute care, and hospitals for over 25 years. Joyce is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Penn State University. She obtained her undergrad degree in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at Rutgers University. Joyce completed the TCU Executive Education Certificate of Adaptive Leadership in 2016. She is currently the Director of the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation. She was named a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2017. Joyce completed the IFDA Executive Development Program for Foodservice Distribution Executives in July 2022 at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
