As a Registered Dietitian, her experience includes clinical and marketing roles within healthcare. She held a position as Director of Marketing and Preventive Services for a large physician group and also served as a consulting and foodservice dietitian in both acute and long-term care communities. Barb has been employed with Gordon Food Service since 2001. She initially assumed a healthcare marketing role, progressing to a sales position as a Customer Development Specialist for long-term care, assisted living, and acute care accounts. She transitioned to a Non-Commercial Business Solutions Specialist, providing support to healthcare, K-12 education, and college and university business through operational auditing, industry trade shows, and presentations. Barb currently holds the position of Healthcare National Account Manager, responsible for large healthcare accounts across the Gordon Food Service footprint.
