System Director of Nutrition Services & Retail Operations | MultiCare Health System
Erin Copley-Johnson MS, RD, CD serves as the System Director of Nutrition Services for 11 self-operated hospital-based programs leading oversight of clinical nutrition, patient meal service, cafeterias, coffee shops, vending, and self-service markets. In 2005, Erin joined MultiCare Health System (MHS) as an inpatient dietitian specializing in nutrition support for oncology and GI patients. She transitioned to leadership in 2007, and has expanded her expertise in food and nutrition over the last 18 years as the organization has grown into the largest, not-for-profit, community-based, locally owned health system in Washington State. Her AHF journey has included serving on the Editorial Board for S.O. Connected and Awards Nomination Committee, as well as hosting a webinar in 2024. She is also currently serving as a member of the Vizient Food Council. In her spare time, Erin loves traveling and spending time outdoors in the beautiful PNW with her family.
