Eric Eisenberg is well known in AHF circles as an operator who has been committed to advancing the reputation of healthcare foodservice in acute care and senior living over the last 2 decades. He has also been instrumental in reducing the stigma associated with ” hospital food’ among culinary professionals opening a career in Healthcare foodservice as a viable career path for culinarians of all levels.  Eric has been a very active member of AHF for that entire time having served as conference chair twice, as a director at large on the Board of Directors and in 2020 served as AHF’s first president from senior living, the same year he was awarded the IFMA Silver Plate for Healthcare. Eric has now entered into the consulting realm and looks forward to continuing to support the non-commercial self-op healthcare foodservice community through his consultancy.
