Operator Justification Letter
Download our template operator justification letter to help you gain support and funding to attend AHF 2024. Submit the request now to ensure your, and your teams, professional development is included in your facilities budget. Download the word document template and then customize this letter, add your own branding, and send it to your supervisor/administrator to help them understand the high level of value you would receive attending AHF’s Annual Conference. Explain what budget you need to attend by using the pricing above, calculating in if you’ll be applying for a scholarship, and be sure to include other members of your team: dietitians, chefs, culinary team members, managers, successors and others.
AHF typically provides a number of $525 scholarships available to support operators. The amount provided each year changes slightly each year. Scholarships will open in February of 2024. Each year AHF is proud to provide scholarships to assist our operator members in attending the AHF Annual Conference thanks to the generous contributions of AHF Sponsors & Exhibitors, our local chapters, and members.

Continuing Education Credits (CEU)
AHF is pleased to offer participants continuing education credits at each of our annual conferences. Each year AHF obtains certification approval from AND, ANFP and ACF. Credits per session can be found on the Schedule Page, however, attendees can expect to receive about 15+ credits.
