Prior to becoming Editor in Chief for FE&S in 2004, Joe was a marketing manager for SmithBucklin Corp., where he spent six years working with the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers. A diehard Cubs fan, Joe is also a fan of the finer things in life such as an ice cold can of Pabst Blue Ribbon.
