Our popular discussion groups are back and better than ever! Similar to last year, attendees will join one of three rooms. Each room will explore the complexities of succession planning. Attendees will leave our discussion groups filled with ideas and new ideas to ensure they’re prepared to meet the needs of succession planning for entry-level, mid-career, and senior-level positions. Now more than ever is the time to stay prepared to fill labor gaps and build internal career pathways and contingency plans.
