Anne Phillips has been working in leadership for almost 20 years – 10 in clinical nutrition and healthcare food service. Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of Food and Nutrition Services for the Baptist Health (KY) healthcare system. Her major projects include: the development, branding, and implementation of made-to-order room service and hybrid room service solutions for the patient meal program;  implementation of an inpatient malnutrition identification and diagnosis program; and transitioning contract-managed food service operations to self-operated.
