Dr. Anthony Baffo is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience managing restaurants and healthcare food service. He started his career with Restaurant Associates managing some of Manhattan’s finest restaurants.  In 2004 he left the restaurant business and joined St. Francis Hospital, The Heart Center where he and his team established room service dining.  In 2021 he teamed with Don Miller & Associates as a leadership consultant and Interim manager for several senior living communities. He recently joined Plymouth Harbor on Sarasota Bay, a life plan community, as VP of Team Member Relations. Dr. Baffo is an adjunct Associate Professor at Long Island University.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and his doctoral degree from Regent University in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Anthony resides in Sarasota, Florida with his wife Laura.
