Bobbi is a well known leader in the healthcare foodservice environment in the Dallas – Fort Worth area.  She currently serves as the director of food and nutrition services at Texas Health Resources – Dallas and has been there for over 7 years.  Her responsibilities include all areas of the food and nutrition services department, including patient meal service, production and inventory.
