Helen has a rich background in healthcare leadership, sustainable practices, and culinary innovation. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who has extensive, first-hand experience in healthcare and senior dining food service operations. Helen led the highly successful Food Transformation Journey for Stanford Health Care and then went on to build out the nationally recognized Sustainability Program for the organization. Now, as the Principal of Sustainable Solutions Consulting, she is excited to continue this journey, providing healthcare leaders with the tools and guidance needed to seamlessly integrate sustainability into their organizations.
